Privacy notice

Riffledger’s installed email-and-password sign-up flow collects your name, email address, and password for an owner account. Email verification is required before workspace access is enabled.

The owner account provides authenticated access to the private feedback workspace.

When a signed-in owner saves feedback, Riffledger stores the submitted text, its source (review, support message, or survey response), the input mode, an optional original filename, and the submission timestamp under that owner’s account.

If you select a text file, the browser reads it locally. Only the file’s text and filename are sent to the feedback API; the uploaded binary file is not sent there.

Feedback is available through the owner-scoped private workspace. The workspace provides deletion of a selected stored submission.

Feedback may include personal or sensitive details. Remove unnecessary names, email addresses, phone numbers, account or order IDs, credentials, secrets, health or financial details, and other identifying information before saving.

Riffledger does not currently claim that the intake warning detects or removes personal data automatically. Review the text yourself before submitting it.

This notice does not specify a retention period, backup-deletion process, support access, storage location or regions, subprocessors, export/access/correction process, or whether minors or regulated or special-category data are in scope. Those operational facts must be confirmed by the owner.

Arizona and U.S. privacy counsel should determine whether additional jurisdiction-specific disclosures, request procedures, consent or legal-basis language, or sensitive-data and minor-handling terms are needed.
